Length 556 feet (169.4 metres), breadth 69 feet (21.2 metres) and her steam turbine engine drove a single propeller to give a service speed of 14.5 knots.
She arrived at Faslane, in the Gare Loch, near Greenock, Scotland, in July 1976 for breaking up.
